Our Icelandic Salted Cod comes from the cold and pristine waters of the North, renowned for offering superior quality cod. The 4 kg+ size guarantees large selections, with full-bodied, rich, and naturally more flavorful fillets.

Each piece is salted according to traditional methods, ensuring perfect preservation and an authentic taste, ideal for classic recipes and gourmet preparations. The thick, very white flesh remains firm during cooking, making the product suitable for main courses, soups, fried dishes, and regional specialties.

It can be supplied whole or already divided into pieces for soaking.
